These a very light, flexible and breathable garments.
Though they do provide penetration protection to EN388 Level 4 Standards, because of the delicate and soft nature of the throat/neck region, any excessive force to that area (even with the neck guard on) may result in damage, bruising etc Because of it’s flexible nature, we do not suggest that it will impede any intended penetrations to the neck area.
Any blunt trauma force imposed upon it will cause the fabric to depress against the skin, and may cause significant damage. (depending on the instrument used and the force behind it)
